Miss Klamath County 1994, Jennifer Gruener – Machado is married! Jen & Bernardo stumbled across each other online through Match.com and they have said, “It was God’s divine appointment”. When they met, Bern’s sister Angie was dying from a terminal illness and within 6 months of their meeting she passed away. They quickly grew close as they relied on God’s strength to get them thorough difficult time’s in both of their lives. After 3 ½ years of dating and seeking direction for their relationship, they married on October 5, 2008 (the same day they met 4 years earlier). They  honeymooned in Cancun and look forward to making their home in South Orange County, CA. Jennifer is employed at PIMCO, a large investment firm in Newport Beach and Bern is a project manager in the architecture industry. She loves his creative side and he always keeps her laughing. Jen is the detailed, numbers girl who keeps them busy with volunteering! They now focus most of their volunteering with the Scleroderma Foundation, the disease that claimed Bern's sister. He is on the board and she loves helping to plan their large events and gather donations to help find a cure. Jen would love to hear from everyone through her myspace.

Congratulations are in order for former Miss City of Sunshine Nichoelle Gourley who married her long-time sweetheart Jeremy Wall on October 11, 2008 at Reames Golf & Country Club!  Nichoelle is a graduate of Henley High School who used her pageant scholarships toward her degree from OIT.  She recently received her master's of physician assistant from Idaho State University and works as a physicians assistant at Lost River Medical Center in Arco, Idaho.  Jeremy has a bachelor of science degree in geology and works for Thompson Creek Mining Company as an engineer in Clayton, Idaho.  We wish Nichoelle and Jeremy many

We are so excited to report that Miss City of Sunshine 2007, Cameronn Carpenter became Mrs. Cole Hawkins this summer!Cameronn is a senior in the Dental Hygiene program at OIT while Cole works as a professional hunting guide.  In spring of 2009 they are headed off to Alaska to begin the next phase of their lives!  We are so happy for them and know that they will have a lifetime of something special!

Erin McFarland, Miss Klamath County 2005 became the bride of Mr. Nolan Kell this past summer! 



Thanks to Don Gruener and the Klamath Crusaders Organization for hosting Miss Oregon Danijela Krstic at their offices when she was in Klamath Falls recently.  We wish this awesome team the best on their upcoming 2009 season!  The Crusaders have been a wonderful benefactor for our program through their "Pay it Forward" philosophy & program and we are so grateful to them for their support!  Be sure to visit their website at www.klamathcrusaders.com for more information about the team and their 2009 season.
